There was a spider on the towel in my bathroom, so I tried to shake it onto the floor so I could capture it. So I shook the towel, and the spider came flying off and landed on my face!! I swear to god, it was on my right eye. I shrieked. I never shriek, but I shrieked. Sonabitch, that freaked the hell out of me. I'm not afraid of spiders, but that really....aaahhh. jesus...
An ABQ band was in AP! I just now noticed! That's insane...
Haha...I accidentally said jarsh hotnett.
I just caught the end of The Faculty on the scifi channel. Jesus, that movie has everyone in it. Josh Hartnett, Elijah Wood, Salma Hayek, Summer Phoenix, Famke Janssen, jon stewart, Usher, Robert Patrick from the crappy episodes of the XFiles, Danny Masterson from that 70s show, Jon Abrahams from boston public, laura harris from 24 (creepy in both)... I'll have to rent that movie and see the whole thing. From what I saw, it looked kinda cheesy, but that's ok.
I just heard a radio ad. The phone rings and a little girl answers it, and tells her mom, hesitantly, that it's "for daddy". The mom answers the phone and, with her voice breaking says things like "you just asked a little girl about her dead daddy!" and "that was a year ago and you people have to bring him up and all just for a sale?!?" and she starts crying. The narrator then goes into a dont drink and drive spiel... "he left behind a beloved mother and child". PLEASE. After a year, you wouldnt cry at the mention of his name, no matter how unexpected the death was. Trust me.
So yeah, that ad was just incredibly stupid.
