I stripped everyone of their "the". It makes it easier on me, and with some bands, I never can remember whether or not they're supposed to have it anyway.

Should the ankle I twisted a month and a half ago still hurt?
With my other ankle, I must've bruised the bone because....yeah...it still hurts too.
