daily show rock!

McCain berserks on Daily Show

Of course, the best political dialogue between opposing views happens on the Daily Show.

Jon's right, though - the problem is that they insist on thinking about it in terms of winning and losing. It's not exactly that black and white.

Think of it this way: a wannabe comedian runs into a room and starts making really bad jokes. No one's amused. Once he realizes this, he decides he cant just leave, so he keeps making worse and worse jokes. He just keeps digging himself into a deeper and deeper hole. Any damage that has been done cant be repaired by staying. Except with Bush, staying equals thousands of lives lost and billions of dollars wasted. Just fucking stop.

I am really looking forward to this movie. I loved the books, partly because there's an awesome character named Serafina (spelled the same!!!), but also because it's well-written with an interesting premise. I hope the movie does it justice. From what I've seen so far, based on the cast/crew and the stills, it looks promising.
